Only 5 speed, but by the look of the chainstay doesn't seem like the chain has ever been off.

Could almost be flogged as new!

I'm sure those in the UK have seen that kind of bell, I was curious if possibly Viscount put their brand name on any bells but it doesn't look like it. I'd say the letters FD seem to be on it.
