There are some more saddle clamp parts on eBay UK - no. 391320670330. The seller has some other clamp bits as well.

I bought that first item but alas it wasn't the part required. Thanks for this link, I'll follow it up here's the base of it for which I need the upper attachment and bolt - for those wondering why it wouldn't just be easier to buy a new part - the seat stem is stuck fast, but bike is roughly set at my height (I rescued it from the scrap man, but it's a half decent Univega hybrid type bike)  |
