I think we have a thread about this somewhere, but I can't find it at present.
My post must be the ultimate saddo Viscount contribution: last night I dreamed that I saw a Viscount in a film. It had a red fillet brazed frame (so I do dream in colour!) but I can't remember what components it had, although I have the impression that it wasn't a port hole chain wheel. I recall the head badge very clearly and thinking that I must tell everyone that someone (film star?) rode a Viscount in some (famous?) film. But I can't remember who or what. Someone once said that there is nothing so tedious as other people telling you their dreams. Sorry If I've bored you.

You're not the first to recount a Viscount dream on here...so don't feel to daft. That honour goes to me.
We do have a thread about Graeme Obree somewhere on here. In the film 'The Flying Scotsman' , one is parked in his hallway (as ridden by Jonny Lee Millar).
I spoke to Graeme's right hand man called Charlie and he said that in real life Obree never owned a Viscount , despite mentioning Team Viscount and their mechanic in his autobiography , also called 'The Flying Scotsman'.
