Anyone heard of Viscount Skylark? It's a old BMX and advertised local to me so may go have a look!

I have this flyer from 1981 that lists a Skylark model. Attachments:

I can see that the image isn't as high definition as I'd like. For more detail see the Viscount, Lambert and Trusty Flickr group. I can't see how to get a link on Flickr.

Cusqueno, if you're not using Chrome, (I use Firefox), click on a photo to bring it up in it's own page, then right click. You'll get a menu box. In the box click on "View page info". Then scroll down to the only line that will have code ending in .jpg Copy that line. In the forum, you'll need to "Reply" not "Quick reply." At the top one of the icons is "insert image" and just paste the line from Flickr into the "Image URL" spot. Give it an alternate text name and click OK.
I don't not know why the info screen that comes up in Chrome is so far off from Firefox, but that is specifically why I stopped using Chrome.

Should have said I was using the iPhone app. But thanks for the advice. I usually run Chrome on my work laptop.

Don't know what's from what on an iPhone. Sorry, Geoff for commandeering your post. Is that Skylark a folding / travel-with-you sort of bike? You had said BMX, but the bike in the photo looks to be a different sort.

Yes the bike in the ad is just a BMX from the 1980's. Seller says it's a Viscount skylark

I've seen the one you mean on Gumtree.
Maybe they got so fed up/exasperated during that era at the Viscount plant they even started putting any decal on a bike?
The picture on the advert does show a bmx bike, but the advert from the time (that Cusqueno posted) does indeed show a childs bike (not of the bmx variety)
