I was in a book shop today and saw a book about British cycling (can't remember the name, but it was hardback and, I guess fairly new.) Flicked through and the first picture I saw was this one of Ian Hallam on his Viscount with his KP Crisps sponsored kit on. Ian Hallam by Sooper 8, on Flickr

That would be agood idea for a whole section of Viscount racing tidbits to archive. Go figure that Keith "LAMBERT" also got a mention

Love that photo. cycling caps on backwards, pulled over the leather and sponge hairnet helmets, no eyewear. You knew your man. When men were men, and, correct me if I'm wrong, Beryl Burton was Queen.
