Picked up this Lambert at my LBS today. A little bit of back story states it was raced. I thought the flat black and orange touches were strange, but located a few posts saying it was a thing. Aftermarket Suntour VGT RD dates to '73, otherwise no numbers anywhere else. Cutout on the underside of the bb shell, fillet brazed except for head tube joints which are lugged. All original Lambert parts, hf hubs laced to 27" Milremo alloy rims, regina freewheel 13-21. Cool bike, rides nice. Would love any input on year, model, or otherwise. I would place it at '73 as there's no RD hanger. My '74 Viscount has an RD hanger and it doesn't look like a few '72s I saw in a few posts. Cheers!
