It has the Sturmey Archer handlebar stem. Brazed on cable clips on top bar, and the Showa rear rack.

I have little doubt that they are all original parts (well, except pedals), but it's a bit of a mix and match.

Also, 'Viscount' stamped in the rear stays at top. Nice looking bike
