Haven't ridden Biscuit for a while as I have brought a new bike , so I thought I had better remedy the situation . OMG ! I had forgotten how easy it is to ride !! light and quick . It's my 'new favourite bike 'again .
I did some hills with it today for the first time and it flew up , and one hill on the way down saw 47mph  .

Biscuit is a lime green speed machine! If you're a Bike Snob NYC reader, you'll know that - as well as being bloody fast - 47 mph is 1 mph FASTER than Fred "Woo Hoo Hoo Hoo!" speed, the speed at which owners of carbon bikes get a bit carried away:
