This would turn a few heads at DFR3, although it hadn't the good fortune to be born a Viscount. Note 180mm cranks - does size make difference? - MI obviously thought so.

To quote Tony Oliver;-"Low profile,absolutely no good for touring". Yes he did actually build at least one, so I suspect he knows of which he speaks! Lo-pros are exceedingly specialised bikes,but I've noticed that some seem to have been adopted by the "Fixie brigade". A quicker way to a bad back and an accident I find hard to imagine! I have to admit to liking the Italian Flair with paint work,so much better than the mostly dull offerings today. Cheers, Pete.

I see my link is now redirected to the road.cc home page. The story about the MI low-pro bike can still be found under 'Today's top stories' on the right. Presumably tomorrow it will be harder to locate. EDIT: This link might be more durable.
