If anyone was thinking of bidding on this, then just message me first as I have a complete Grand Prix in light blue, I think 22.5 or 23 that you can have for free if you can collect from me. Or wait till I am on my travels to drop off - I'm not at all keen to post as I have done it a few times and hate wrapping bikes up It's been sitting around and I realise I'm never going to get around to doing anything with it. The tyres have just about had it and it has steel rimmed wheels - Pictures will be in the 'photographs of my bike' section on here. It's not in great shape but certainly rideable. EDIT- Here is the link to mine viscountandlambert.boards.net/thread/9/grand-prixIt has Huret gears but don't let that put you off they are very solid. And I think I used the saddle on my Indy 500, so it is without seat but I could quite easily throw something on there for you if you are desperate.

Jem,there's a Grand Prix just appeared on ebay. It's a 5 speed with steel cranks. The seller claims the bike was made in Italy. Now we know Mrs Sprockit's folder was a badge engineered Italian frame, the question is,did Viscount do it with other models,or did someone just put a "Made in Italy" sticker on it for what ever reason? Cheers, Pete.

Just bumping this one up, in case anyone missed it. If any member here wants this rather grubby but structurally fine sky blue Grand Prix, then it's yours for free if you can collect from me (not far from DFR2 venue) I have used the saddle on another Viscount project though... Here it is viscountandlambert.boards.net/thread/9/grand-prix
