Just posted on Gumtree in London (Ealing) - a nice Viscount International. This is usually a bike with fillet brazed rear frame but lugged head tube. I can't quite see from the photo if that is the case here. The white half-hoods on the brake levers suggest that a lot is original, but I would suspect that the 700c wheels weren't, nor the side-pull caliper on the front.
