They are your typical Japanese copy of 49d.Some people may say,rip off!Actually,they were very good quality. As they have JIS tapers,and don't need a very rare crank puller,they are a great alternative to the very pricey French original. May just have to buy them myself as I have some chainrings that fit.Alpine double perhaps? Cheers, Pete.

Just discovered that SunXCD is a new company, set up by the founder (since deceased at 94) of the original SunTour. It's a different company to what I believe is now SR SunTour. See SunXCDA few nice components in addition to these cranks, may be suitable for sympathetic up-dating of Viscounts (at a price I suspect). The eBay seller of the cranks appears to be the nearest thing the company has to a UK distributer.

Yes, just saw that post on CTC forum and looked at the high flange hubs , which would look great on a vintage update.
