Seen at the excellent Bike Rescue Project in York www.bikerescueproject.org.uk/
Lovely people, happy to pull the bike out for me to take pictures. They were doing great stuff over the Grand Depart Yorkshire. They donated loads of yellow bikes, all over York. We visited the Hub Station on Saturday, they had a steam punk jewellery making operation using old bike bits, including totally dismantled chains - links, pins etc. Anyone interested in spokes, they have someone who makes them to any size www.yourspokes.co.uk/ his 36" wheel bike was on display.

I can only guess that one person shouted across the room to the other by the computer "Are the typing up that for sale sign?" "Yeah, what do you want me to write on it?" "Lord knows, never heard of 'em before ..... er, it's er, an um, Viscount" "Viscount what? That is just a weird name." "Viscount Touring" "Yeah got it, Viscount Tourine, job done"

Having seen the sign in person, and gazed at the bike, I can confirm that the G could easily be an e in that viscount font, so I think Sooper8's guess is a good one. Which in no way detracts from my appreciation of Pete's culinary vocabulary. Tureen, tagine, you can find both if you go touring...
