Hi. I recently bought from Velosaloon a Deore PD DE-20 crank set and matching FC DE-10 pedals. These are as used on the Viscount 18ax, except mine are the double chain ring version and the 18ax has a triple. In my opinion, these are very nice indeed. Cost 60 Euros plus 12 Euros delivery. Velosaloon is a German site that seems to have some very nice vintage components for sale at reasonable prices. Of course, not a whole lot of Viscount interest, although you will see Crane RDs and no doubt other derailleurs and crank sets used on various Viscounts. Is the larger ring 52 teeth and the inner with 42? ( I presume it will be, but looking at the photos it doesn't seem there is that much between the pair?)

Yes. 52 and 42. The smaller has it engraved on it - you might be able to read it if you zoom in to the picture of the back. The large ring I had to count.

Looks like 44 to me! Cheers, Pete. Yup. You're right. That'll teach me to comment from memory. Might have to think about getting a smaller smaller ring I think.
