I am intrigued by the comment "Note - The bottom bracket was replaced by Harvey's cycles in Henleaze just before they closed after 79 years. Graham, the owner, had a bottom bracket hand made by his father in the 70s made specifically for Viscount bicycles!"
Could this be a case of "prior art" relative to the Wheelson Hack? It is probably worth the £40 just to investigate the BB.

£40 is back to where the Viscount market was 10-12 years ago before the revival of vintage bikes with L'Eroica etc
Is it possible he means his dad made a hand made tool for installing/removing a BB?
