I can't say this model rings a bell It seems like a slightly 'lower' model than the Deore 18ax? |

I've just noticed this one as well. Like you I haven't heard of the model name before. The label says it's made from 'ultralight' chro-Moly steel tubes, which suggests it's an Aerospace model even if it doesn't say so. But it doesn't appear to have an RD hanger and the RD itself looks low end.
Could be worth trying to bargain down for the sake of the front and rear racks (Showa?) and the nice bottle cage.

Looking at it closer, it all seems a bit 'mid- to low end'?
