I have never seen anyone selling a set like that , but I did think there would be a few around in existence , as not everyone would have gotten around to having it fitted.
Someone from the USA (back when shipping costs were reasonable, years ago) sent me the complete set of paperwork, letter, voucher, fork and headset as shown above. If you search on here you might see it, but I can't find the photos at this moment (I think my flickr account was cancelled when I didn't go Pro?)
I wonder if he will get that amount for it?
