Ok guys,own up time,who bought the bike from Wigan?If it's none of us,
the new owner needs to be pointed in this direction.
It wasn't me,even though I have none cycling friends in the area.

My thoughts entirely Pete!
I mailed the seller while the auction was on , I got quite a bit more info that wasn't on the listing, and was tempted - but the clincher for me was the frame size. Another inch or so and I might have been seriously tempted.
I kind of guessed it wouldn't go for much more than it did. Not a good photo and if I hadn't noticed it mentioned on CTC I wouldn't have seen it.

I placed a couple of bids on the bike. I was outbid automatically on my first, then I set my limit and went out.
I placed my final bid at about 1pm, he outbid me at 2-30, and the auction ended at about 4 - not exactly crazy and frenetic bidding!!
