to whom it may concern; as to the gold lambert currently on ebay, it looks to be genuine, maybe only missing the suede seat, gold calipers and gold pedals [ the blue toe straps are original]....my gold bikes are safely ensconsed in my dining room. the writing on the handlebars faces towards the rider on my bike [nos] vs the writing facing away from the rider on the ebay bike...i had my bike shipped in 2 separate boxes [ both double boxed] so consequently no problems or damage. good luck and caveat emptor, j. lawrence
