I saw this nearby listing and have arranged to pick it up tomorrow morning. Looks to be in good condition and you can't beat the price. It's larger than I usually ride but I'll add it to the collection anyway.

Just picked it up. My total investment is an hour and fifteen minutes, and a gallon of gas. The stem and seat post are free and the bearings feel OK but I will know more when I get it apart, It even has one Viscount pedal dust cap.

Sounds like a no lose situation. Even if it’s too big you’ve got almost everything you need should the right size frame comes along. According to eBay, the frameset alone is worth a minimum of $125. Nice find! I've got one that size and it is very rideable. The top tube length is the same 22 1/2" on the 22 1/2, 23 1/2 and 24 1/2 inch frames. Just less seat post showing on the big one . Enjoy!
