Finally picked-up what I am told is a 1972 Lambert - the lugless, 10-speed, variety with the 'porthole' chain wheel.
For a fifty-year old bike, it still has quite a lot original, but inevitably time has taken its toll, and as there were possibly less than 200 Lamberts that stayed in England, I would love to return to as close to how it left the ill-fated factory as I can afford to:
It's missing the following:
1. Lambert high-flange rear hub + (Lambert) freewheel + Lambert 'L' QR. 2. 'L' front wheel QR. 3. 'L' seat-tube clamp bolt (+QR) 4. 'L' crank bolt cover. 5. 'L' pedal caps 6. Rear 'Lambert' Derailleur - (Shimano Eagle 'Lambert' copy/ Huret Svelto 'Lambert' copy) 7. OE 'Lambert' leather saddle 8. 'Lambert' pump 9. One 'Lambert of England' toe-clip (I oddly have one, and the other is a Christophe) 10. 'Lambert of England' leather toe straps (I have a very-worn pair in blue). 11. One 'Lambert of England' long crank decal.

Are you still looking for any parts? I have some odd Lambert parts, many with rust though so far from Mint. Where are you based?

(Email contact preferred: peter.g.e.wyeth@gmail.com) Greg Softly of CycloMondo in Australia makes cloned Lambert of England crank stickers, available for US $10 both from his web store and from his eBay store. I got several sets of these Mylar stickers a few months ago, both TA stickers (to replace the missing ones on my several hoarded TA cranksets) and Lambert stickers (so I never again make the stress-inducing error of mistaking them for TA cranks). They both look great - shiny! www.cyclomondo.net/various-frame-hub-saddle-pumpwww.ebay.com/itm/266082274608
