You might need to log onto Facebook to see this:
It looks like a 56cm red and white Aerospace GP in nice condition, many original parts (chainset and pedals among them), some replacement parts (brakes, shifters). Only asking $75.

What's cool about that one is some of the old trinkets still attached, namely the Huret Multito odometer (rubber belt drive) and the velcro water bootle cage holder. I've still got those items kicking around as well. Good deal if I didn't already have that model.

I ended up contacting the seller and got back a nasty response when I asked for some details. He ended by saying he was just going to pull the ad as it wasn't worth the hassle communicating with perspective buyers. It started to feel like bad karma. I'm still hoping the seller in Dover, NH makes it down to Pa at one point and we can connect along I-95. I've got a standing offer if that one doesn't sell.

Sounds like a standard Facebook experience. I put in an offer of $80 for this one, which is only about 20 miles away. I asked for some drive-side photo. They were promised but not posted so I went ahead with the lower offer. I can see it has a porthole crankset and the paint looks decent.

I don’t have Facebook but sometimes message sellers through my Mrs account. The dialogue always seems like pulling teeth, most sellers reply to each question with “yep”. By the eighth question you get their address and by the ninth question they give you time to view. You get there in the end, mostly

I think you will be ok there Brian...can't see too much detail , even on my laptop screen, but I just get the feeling it's pretty good.

the Huret Multito odometer (rubber belt drive) I have one. I like the retro look of it, but not enough to actually attach it.

the Huret Multito odometer (rubber belt drive) I have one. I like the retro look of it, but not enough to actually attach it. I used a Huret Multito for decades. It seemed so much better than its predecessor, a hub mounted odometer with a cog that was incremented on each wheel revolution by a pin mounted to a spoke - click, click, click. The problem was keeping a spare rubber belt. I bought a bag of 10 in the early 80's but have no idea where they are now. I still have a few Multitos and a bag of electronic bike computers that need batteries.
