Hi,
I'm an aging ex-cyclist with and old Viscount and slightly younger Davidson cluttering up my garage.
I purchased both new but I can't recall the year I got the Viscount nor it's exact model.
I believe the link below will allow you to see the bike and I'm hoping someone can let me know the model.
Serial number is 542447 and was purchased new in North Carolina, USA sometime in the late 70's or early 80's.
Everything in the photos is original except the bolt-on bottle holder and the pump clip. I think the tires are a bit past their sell-by date.

Decals were junk and fell-off so they're no help.
Any info anyone can offer would be appreciated.
