I agree, it is interesting. I am unsure of which Viscount were lugged at the front and brazed at the back? Just the Victor possibly? If so, it's a nice Victor dressed up like it's big brother the 'Allrounder' haha

It's a lovely small frame, though, and I got in touch with the owner, who's agreed to give that bike to me. He wants for it to go to a good home. I thought I could try to get those 'useless' tickets to SOT changed. Hopefully there's a possibility. I'm sure my friend would be fine with it staying blue, as the colour is quite lovely. She's coming next month and I'll hopefully have the bike ready by then. By the looks of it, it only needs new wheels (they're steel at the moment), unless she's okay with them. Must see in what condition the bike is.

Well done you. Will your friend be along for DFR2? If so,your ticket problem is sorted! Cheers, Pete.

Unfortunately not. She's from Germany and only comes to visit once a year for my birthday. Best friend one could wish for. The seller's agreed to a very fair price, which is good since I've got to build new wheels, and I have no idea what state the bike's in. The frame looks in good nick, though. I'm not going to tell her about the bike, but when she comes next month, I'll just sit her on it since we're going to cycle everywhere and go for rides. Then I'll know if it's the right size. My 21" Shawn was a bit on a large size she said, but she could ride it. So 19/20" should be perfect. Shorter stem, saddle forward and all will be hunky dory.
