He trained with Kate Jenkins at the Watford Cycle Hub. His business is community oriented, people can come along to his place and get help with maintaining their own bikes, plus he wants to keep bikes out of landfill and help people get affordable bikes. With 1300 cycle stands at St Albans City station, theft is a problem and lots of people want to have a 'station bike'.
This Viscount is in 'unmolested' condition. Richard added a longer seatpost, as it is smaller than 23", guessing 22 or 21.5. The saddle is a Selle Italia. I did not take note of other details, you will have to scrutinze the pics or get in touch with Richard.
