It's likely to be one with the 8.5 inch steerer. It seems that Viscount made them in 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5 inch lengths.
Anyone have one? I've got two others I'd be willing to swap, the 6.5 and 7.5 versions. The 7.5 is the one for a 57 cm (22.5 in) frame. But as I've said elsewhere the Dura Ace headset stack is too high for the standard steerer.
I'll even pay postage for both!
