Spotted this one and as a relatively new boy to Lambert know nothing about it. Was this actually a Lambert or has someone just dropped some Lambert bars into another bike?

Interesting, other than the bars it doesn’t seem to have the Lambert name showing which was why I asked. Anyway my garage already has four projects to start on so think I’m pushing my luck with my wife if I add another at this stage....
