Campagnolo pedals in a Stronglight Crank (french thread)

I'd start with a good penetrating oil such a Kroil if in fact they are frozen. Then apply some heat (hair dryer) locally to the crank eye, keeping the pedal shaft shielded as much as possible while turning the pedal out. A very long pedal wrench for greater leverage may help as well. This may not be needed, I was pleasantly surprised recently when I bought a Viscount rear hub from eBay with the freewheel screwed on. I gambled and found it was only on finger tight. Fingers crossed you will have good luck as well.
