WOW, that is a huge light on the fork. It's an 'Ever-Ready' - pretty much the only choice most folks had back in the early 80's UK unless you had a dynamo.

I have a bag of those lights, front and rear and bits thereof, if anyone is interested in having them (I am in the UK - international shipping unlikely to be worthwhile). Good I suppose for an authentic, albeit ugly IMHO, appearance. Trouble is, compared with modern LED lights, they give only feeble illumination and the required pair of D size batteries for each lamp probably weigh as much as a carbon fibre frame. One solution might be to take out the insides and slot modern lights into the casings.
