On eBay UK a c.1975 Aerospace Pro, silver/black. Looks to be 56 or 58cm (22.5 - 23")? In amazing condition, but starting price is £250. Could be worth it for someone not wanting to do any renovating? In Kettering, which is pretty much in the middle of the country from my point of view. Others might think of it as in the south. Includes Viscount Saddle, both pedal caps &c and even intact half hoods. A real time machine find.

I do not see a cat in any of the pictures; obviously this was one of those "If the cat goes, I go" and "If the bike goes I go" situations. I suppose WOII refers to WWII (WW2); perhaps it is a British abbreviation, or a mistype? I only know WOII as Warrant Officer Second Class. The things I learn from this forum; it nearly beats Google. Cheers Jim

In a moment of madness, I bought this bike. It is just too nice not to be part of our community.
So, YET AGAIN I find myself in debt due to a Viscount. I don't even have anywhere to put the thing FFS! I'm off to the shed now to dismantle a bike to see if I can make some space. Umm, I've really done it this time!
Pictures to follow when I get it.
Offers of a spare bedroom gratefully received or it's a park bench and meth's shandies for me...

Congratulations on buying a very nice bike; it is gorgeous. Since you don't have a place to store it, and it is accustomed to living indoors; perhaps you should (like its previous owner) keep it in your front room. Again, congratulations on a nice bike Jim

It's used to being pampered so the spare bedroom beckons!?

Congratulations on your new addition! There's always room for one more indoors of course. Considering all the money that goes to things like taxes, insurance etc. etc., that bring zero pleasure, buying an original special Viscount is a no brainer! Enjoy!!!

Son gone to Uni or about to go? Could be an opportunity to free up some space for more bikes?
