Edit: To make a long story short, I sent and email and told the seller we really like the bike and to come by the forum.
If we can get it to the Twin Cities, I'd facilitate if anyone is interested. Maybe there are other ways too.
I even sent him a link to this thread.

I wrote the seller, linked to here. They said they visited here and are now thinking of restoring the bike. I just hope they take good care of the bike. The seller was amiable if anyone wishes to write them.
