Scroll along the pictures and the second picture from the end has a Viscount...and in front of that is a Raleigh Record , which a friend of mine had in 1981, and always looked pretty flash in black and gold.

Not been for a while, may take a trip one lunchtime from work.

The wheel I picked up was on a pile of old wheels, he has bike in various states. His main business is selling in bulk, 20-50 bike shipments into London, stock does move quickly.
