This white fillet brazed Lambert looks quite good, despite being grubby and the photos being low res. Nice original bits although presumably the bars and levers aren't; unless this is one of the legendary 'Allrounder' models that have been discussed in the forum. Who knows? The wonky rear wheel, which the seller describes very honestly, might put off a lot of people and so it could be a bargain. The newish tyres and pedals would be worth at least the starting price! Appears to have alloy forks, although its is a bit difficult to tell, with the dirt and blurry photos (why don't people bother to show their bikes to their best when they are selling them??)

Bought it! My first Lambert - now I feel like a true member!! My NOS Lambert bars will be going on it with some other spares I have already. I've asked to seller if he has any of the other original parts but otherwise will be on the hunt for a Lambert RD and downtube shifters.
I won't be able to take collection of it until mid Sept. Photos will be posted soon after and then the restoration will begin.
All being well it'll be available for close-ups at DFR5!!

I almost put a bid in on this. Glad I didn't now, as I'm pleased you got it. It looks like a great project bike & just your size I imagine?

Yeah it should be perfect at 22" - same as my Sport, smaller than my Pro which will now be taking a back seat on the project front. There was one other bidder involved but as it only went to £16 seemed like a chancy bid. Tbh if you had put a bid in I doubt very much it would have come close to my WAY above market max! The quite long listing time left too much time for daydreaming/visualising/convincing myself!

Lewis I may have a spare set of Lambert shifters knocking around, mind you they may not be the best. If I remember the band is tarnished. I'll have a look over the next week or so and let you know.
