I wonder if anyone is following this Viscount Pursuit? In London N10. It was up for a week at £50 starting price, but didn't sell, now reduced to £40. No bids with three days to go. I think this is a nice bike and potentially a bargain. Standard late model lugged frame with as far as I can see (low resolution photos): nice Sturmey Archer stem, Weinmann 500 (?) side pull brakes, SR crankset, nice looking pedals (Olimpic 64s?). Wolber Super Champion rim(s). Might be a bit big - seller says 25" / 63cm I've been trying to encourage a work colleague to buy it but he doesn't seem to be biting. Subject to commitments, I could collect for an out-of-town forum member - bike appears to be rideable and I should be able to get on it, although it's probably too big for me.

I flagged this up somewhere on the forum (?). It is essentially the same frame and certain components that would be on the Deore 18 and the Corsair. Same colour/paint job as the Deore too. EDIT - just found it further down the page lambertandviscount.online/thread/1195/pursuit-east-sussexNice bike. £40 seems fair to me.

Same model. same colour but not I think the same bike - different pedals for one thing. Unless its had a fair bit of work done on it.

Apologies. I'm on my phone , it looked similar. That one is in better condition than the other. Don't see any Pursuit then 2 at once

Just bumping this to the top of the pile again. Starting price now £40. (Usual disclaimer - I have no connection with the seller.)

I'd bite at £50 is it was in my town I think (or maybe offer £40?), and it was my size (and I needed another bike)
