Keep looking at the viscount frame and components in portsmouth on ebay. Thinking of making an offer, but i know i wont be able to collect. Before i make an offer, a shout out to anyone in the area who may be attending dfr4 who may be willing to collect if i manage to do a deal, let me know. Cheers Scott.

Sorry Scott, it would have been good to be able to reciprocate your help with my purchase, but Portsmouth is a bit far for me to go. If I was visiting my mother at Bognor it could have been on the route, but not sure when I am next going there.
Interesting to see the bare frame, almost a pity the seller has primed it. I wonder if it was chemically stripped - it seemed to have scrape marks on it.

Yes I was thinking the same, a clear coat over the bare frame would have done it for me.
