It has a semi - fillet brazed frame. S.E. = Special edition ???

22.5" Stem suggests it's mid 70s. Odd that it has a French RD. Interesting speedo and nice rear rack.

Some early high quality ones had that construction but I suspect that if these ones are like that they will be cheap ones. The rims are steel aren't they?
