They went all official on me for using David Bowie Sound and Vision and I appealed and they said if I appealed again and failed then I could be prosecuted. So I just reposted the video with Nick Lowe's Breaking Glass. Here's the music version Here's the one with the telling off in orange box I just don't understand how they arrive at the decisions....I find whole films, albums and concerts on there, yet a 2 min clip with accompanying music (which I own a vinyl, CD and MP3 version of and paid for!) is heavy handed-ly removed? I think they have me down as some kind of pirate as the way the took my £40 odd for adverts from this site also seemed very over the top. There is a very interesting link between the two songs I used. See here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowi_(EP)There is a song on Bowie's Low called 'Breaking Glass' , and Nick Lowe did his own version in response.

Somehow my friend Paul in Australia manufactures his own music for his "Indian Clubs", those Indian Clubs are really helpful for the shoulder, kind of fun to swing around but are not that cardiovascular compared to some exercises. But again, great for the shoulder socket.
Steve Angell is in the United Kingdom and works with the clubs too and knows Paul Wolkownowski fairly well.
Also, if one likes say, some Classical Music, one can usually play that with no problems as well.
I have a pair of clubs and one big club. It use to be a big deal like say, 100 years ago to American Civil War times.
As you can see, Steve Angell is a bit of a strongman; I use to really keep up with these guys on facebook.
The clubs are nice but are just one thing, as if one made jumping rope their only thing; it's good but rather limited in what one can do with it.
Sheffield England has some big Indian Clubs centre; so if one is interested, just websearch "Sheffield" and "Indian Clubs" and you will find it.
Legend has it that the Indian Clubs were indeed brought back to the UK from India back in the day of Colonization. That said, the Western use and use in India are quite a bit different.
Paul Wolkownowski is a bit of an ambassador of Indian Clubs and has even made some tours with the Clubs to America, UK, Europe, Iran and India.
Paul's videos in India are really entertaining to me. It's been a sort of hobby with me. One can make their own clubs as well per a variety of ways; one doesn't have to spend to enjoy this.
There are better exercises than the "Reels", first video above, I like the "Mills" but that one I posted because it shows one how there are people who somehow create their own music and so, they sidestep any copyright questions and issues.
