I think the Viscount might be a Tony Doyle, judging from the white paint with red cables, but it looks as though the drive train was upgraded. Could be one of the later TDs.
The rider had obviously taken Norman Tebbit's "On yer bike" speech to heart. Way to build up the legs towing that lot around Scotland. What do you think, Rona?
