A triple chainwheel crank and a Simplex short cage rear mech derailleur; sometimes short cages work on triples though conventional wisdom is one needs a long cage.
Crank labelled Lambert; Okay, I redundantly posted that; it is very handsome and looks very much like a classic British/Raleigh type of design.
There is a company creating Raleigh-inspired bikes, Heron is one and the most obvious down to its name.
That front derailleur/ front mech likewise looks a bit like a Campy one maybe.
