Seller says its a 19.5" frame and I can believe that - there's scarcely room for the badge on the head tube. It's like my no. 2 Lambert - same colours and same lack of decals on top & down tubes - so no model name. Paint looks generally good. Seller reckons its a Mk 2 alloy fork, so might not be reliable enough for every day use. BIN price of £73. eBay number: 131748552363

I have seen smaller frames (like this one) converted to 650C (ISO 571) wheel size. This usually eliminates (or minimizes) toe clip overlap; they are beloved by their owners. Extra long reach brakes are usually needed.
