This is a sad bike, but if the rust is only skin deep, the frame might be resurrected. SE='Special Edition'?? Is this model new to the forum, or have I heard of it before? Appears to be an early fillet brazed Aerospace frame with steel wheels and French components - Mafac brakes and a Huret RD. Rear brake placed in front of seat stays to reduce wind resistance :-) No derailleur hanger. Stem shifter(s). No FD, no RH crank or chain wheel. See eBay number: 222046047640. I could pick up if anyone wants it and is too far away to collect.

That's a BIG frame! Looks like it has been well used and kept going with what ever was available. Looking at the seat post,it may be stuck in the seat tube. Best of luck to the very tall buyer/restorer. It would be a shame to lose it. Cheers, Pete.

I take my hat off to those who who take on something like this. It's a rough example for sure.
As they say on Dragons Den..."I'm out"

Nevertheless, I have saved much worse looking frames. If you are up to the challenge, just strip the paint and turn it into what you like. Cheers Jim

A "lady" in my old village used to provide that kind of service. I'm told she even had her own dungeon especially built and equiped! Cheers, Pete.
