Anyone had any experience with replacement pedal dust caps for Lambert pedals. Are they a non standard screw in or do the MKS/SR type replacements fit?

I'm guessing they'd be the same as the Viscount pedals? In that case they are just a press fit, which is why they disappear so readily.
I just checked whether the MKS dust caps fit into a Viscount pedal and they don't. MKS caps are just a tad too big. The V dust caps have a four 'prongs' that compress slightly to fit, whereas the MKS are threaded.
However the MKS pedal caps are a pretty light and soft aluminium. You could probably file off the threads carefully until you had the right diameter to press it into the pedal. You'd still have the same problem as the originals, namely falling out while riding. Loctite perhaps? But at least MKS caps are replaceable.
You could probably also file off the MKS logo on the cap if you were really fussy.

I lost a v cap and a kind person gave me a replacement. I then drilled and pinned both into the casting to avoid this happening again as the caps are as rare as rocking horse do do. So far so good , no guarantees. Ray

I haven't as yet, but I'm going to put a dab of silicon on my dust caps. It will keep them stuck on, it's flexible, waterproof and it's better than using some kind of glue. I haven't ridden with them on yet and won't until they're semi permanently attached.

I doubt if it is reliable but people mention Loctite, there is a blue and red loctite for different purposes.
I have one set of crank caps that I took off, save the good ones, put on cheapies.
