What do you prefer in the way of internal frame protection and how do you apply it? I know some people use ACF-50 and others use Frame Protect (the latter rather expensive in the UK I think).
Grateful for advice, experiences &c.

Back when I was doing the airplane thing, we used WD40 and I still use it in my bicycle frames; I just spray into the tubes until wet. WD40 was designed for the aerospace industry and meant to be used for water displacement and corrosion protection (hence the WD). It dries to a water displacing film which makes it a poor choice for a lubricant as (with repeated use) it can gum things up.
Cheers Jim
