Just stumbled across this forum...what a great resource! I have a '76ish Aerospace, red and white, that was my Grandpa's bike back in the day...I still have the warranty card and survey he filled out that says he traded in his '60s Lambert for it...very cool! Unfortunately, it's a 58cm and I usually ride a 56, so it hasn't been ridden much at all. In fact, it's slightly neglected because of that, though it's at least stored in a safe, dry place. I have ridden it, but it's a little uncomfortable. It's a mixture of original and upgraded parts, with Suntour Superbe derailleurs and non-original Weinnmann brakes. The original fork did fail in a crash about a year after purchase, and it was replaced with a 3rd gen aluminum fork, with the steel insert. Anyway, just wanted to give a little introduction here; I'm really happy to see a dedicated forum for these unique and special bikes. I'll try to get some pictures up soon.

Welcome to the forum Koolcat! I'm pleased that you are finding the site useful as a resource, that was what we hoped it would become when we started it. Nice to be riding a bike with a bit of family history with it. Let us know how it goes!

Hi, Koolcat, and welcome. I trust you'll find, as I have, that this forum is not only a great source for information and help, but is a lot of fun, too.
