I'm in the final stages of reassembling my Viscount AeroSpace Pro and came up with a couple of fixes. I had quite a few scratches on my black seat tube panel and they really show because of the light undercoat. At first I tried gloss black fingernail polish to touch up the scratches, but it looked rough and lumpy. Next was a black permanent marker.... much better and with a fine tip I was able to be quite precise. Let it dry overnight and applied a couple of coats of paste wax. Very pleased with the results. And the price was right. Maybe I'm being too picky, but I didn't like the way the "V' bolts on the center pulls looked....I thought they should be upright, not cock-eyed and upside down. Simple solution: I checked were the bottom of each V lined up with the flat on the corresponding nut and marked the nut with my trusty marker. I then loosened the bolt, while holding the brake arm in place until the backing nut fell off..... placed the marked edge in the bottom position and re-tightened the V bolt and now all my V's are upright as they should be. Small victories
