Hi all.Don't know about you guys, but I for one am thoroughly p'ed off with this wet spell. So fed up with not getting any riding in that I've now fitted mudguards to my Frankensport. Of course, this morning the sun will shine, and all will be right with the world.Well at least once the heavy overnight frost has gone! So no more "wet arse" as Stella so eloquently put it! Cheers, Pete.

Cheers, Pete. It's been a beautiful day here though I didn't get out as planned (too busy battling with the stem on my Sport). It's fun to ride in the wet isn't it? Especially when it's dark as well? Less so in the wind.

It's the rotting wet leaves that have "done for me" in the past.I'm always very careful at this time of year, don't bounce as well as I once did! Glad you sorted your stem,I've always hated 1970's "Grease",I believe it's the word! Cheers, Pete.

I got very excited on Thursday last week , knowing that I'd got Friday and the weekend off work, and potential long bike ride with a friend on Saturday.
As it turned out,on Thursday afternoon I started with an awful chesty cold and cough that meant I could barely get up the stairs on Friday without being out of breath and hacking my lungs up. In bed or slouching around the house for 3 days! Bugger!
Back to work today and just about made it through the day, but very disappointed to have lost a long weekend.

Is it held up by Eastern Seaboard snow?I'm sure you'll enjoy it all the same. Cheers, Pete.
