Yes, that's it! Thank you, Franco. I wanted to know because I saw a listing for a bike in Boston that looked to have nice components, alloy wheels, and new tires that I could use for parts priced at $35. It was repainted so there were no visible markings on the frame, just this blurry photo that included the headbadge. Unfortunately someone else recognized a bargain and it was gone before I had a chance to act.

Frustrating when you see pics like that isn’t it.
I took a gamble on a Raleigh Superbe that looked reasonable in the blurry pictures, when I got it the frame had been over painted (same colour) and the wheels had been painted silver, one of the pedals had been welded to the drive side crank arm as well. There wasn’t much on it worth saving other than frame, forks, bb and headset. Thankfully I didn’t pay much for it.

Nishiki are always on my list of 'to look out for' bikes.

I can’t remember the last time I saw one for sale in the UK, Jem. I like the old Fuji bikes as well.

Yes, I agree. My main ride is a 1984 Fuji del Rey - fully refurbished in fall of 2017 and ridden 10000+ miles since. My other "main" ride is a 1969-1970 Dawes Galaxy but much of the running gear is replaced with components from a 1982 Nishiki Olympic 12 that had a gigantic unrideable frame.
