This is why I haven't been able to show any pics of the Supa Sport for a while. Her new forks are still waiting to be assembled. In the meantime she is hanging from the ceiling, just a frame, seat post and saddle, BB and right crank. All her other bits are in a box waiting, including these, which are new. The forks are Reynolds blades but not sure what steel alloy, Reynolds steerer and unknown lug. They will have brazed on bosses for the DA centrepull brakes, which does away with the yoke completely. Actually the bosses will be TIG welded then covered with a fillet. The fork will be half-chromed, mainly because I've had two forks ruined by chrome-platers who dipped the steerer without protecting the steerer thread. So the top half will be red to match the frame with no accents or lining to the lug. Hopefully the lug will only look bling closeup: it's a almost bit too much for a fillet brazed frame. In the meantime still looking for a type 3 death fork with 8.5" steerer to be going on with.... b

Very nice indeed! The fork on my sport, currently being fettled using the contents of my "come in handy" box,was borked,so I'm using an alloy cyclo cross fork. This lets me use mini v breaks or cantilever.I could also use a disc, tempting, but It's already turning into Viscount Frank N. Stein! Good luck with your build, looking forward to progress reports. Cheers, Pete.
