This is a gorgeous bike and if it wasn't half a world away I'd consider selling some other bikes to make room. However, I do have most of a black DA 1st gen. gruppo (lacking the hubs, but the original Supabike seems to have had ordinary Viscount hubs, blackened), so it is a question of completing the build on a standard silver Viscount Aerospace frame I have.
Is that a DA headset?
And are the brazed on bottle fittings standard ones? Your bottle cage is sitting quite a bit away from the down tube - but perhaps that is just how you wanted it?
Must see if frames can be painted to look like brushed chrome ...

That must be just about the most complete and well kept bike of that kind in the world? Superb work on it. I recall your photoset that mirrored the original spec sheet..just amazing. There really weren't many made to begin with and then to come up for sale is a maybe 4 times a decade?
I got one almost 2 years back now and have half heartedly been sourcing black DA parts but as it is rideable in it's current state then I have no incentive to spend lots of money doing mine up. Plus, I never take it out on any day that looks like any sort of bad weather and actually I haven't ridden it since last spring.
I hope this one goes to a good home.
for info, that is how the brazed-on cage lugs are on that model. Same on mine.

THanks, it is a great bike. The headset isn't DA, but is original as far as i can see from the advert. The stack height on a DA would be too high.

Happy to take offers on the bike, or the frame and non Dura Ace parts, which may be cheaper to post that way.
