Workjshop with outside space to rent around Harrogate

Hi, all.

I know it's likely a long shot, but I thought I'd try anyway.

A friend of mine is looking for a generously spaced workshop with outside space for his sculpture building business and a few birds (he's got owls, etc). He needs to move out of his current location and put out a plea to share.
